Nurse attacked during fatigue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Nurse was suffering from Fatigue (Which is 2 seconds I believe) But she immediately attacked during just as her Fatigue animation was doing the head slump. I don't know if this was an exploit, as she immediately bm'd me on hook afterwards and nodded. She was Using Fragile Wheeze and Double Blink Addon.
