As title states, upstairs in the room in the sceenshot, looking at the walls of this issue. Both left and right side of the huge doorway you can hide inside the textures as shown on the next screenshots. You can only get in them from the room this side, coming the other way is solid. Found a Meg survivor exploiting it to hide from me constantly, why i thought it was worth reporting. Never noticed it before.
