Bloodpoint Incentive for Killer definitely broken

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The BP incentive never goes the side of Killer. This has been observed for over a month now, and I've encountered a very obviousbdifference in queue times.
The queue time for Survivor is reaching the 2 minute mark in this example, yet the queue time for Killer is less than 20s.
PLATFORM: PS5 (affecting all platforms)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Queued for survivor following the bloodpoint incentive, no matchmaking found at nearly 2 minutes.
- Cancelled and queued for Killer, game popped in 15-20s.
- Note the BP reward remained 25% for Survibor the entire time.
