Boil over does 100% of current wiggle bar

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Boil over is currently doing 100% of your current wiggle bar and not 33%. Tried it multiple times and it did this every single time, I also used flip flop to get to 50% wiggle bar, then had a killer walk of a drop and I instantly got out as it increased my bar by 50% which was 100% of my currently wiggle bar. I attached a link to a clip I made while streaming of this happening.
