"Dance with me" goes on cooldown when anyone vaults

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when using "Dance with me", when any survivor fast vaults a lockere, it activates and goes on cooldown, while still giving the bearer no scratch marks. It has been replicated in custom game, event que and normal que

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1. Equip "Dance with me" 2. Go into match 3. Have a survivor that does not have a perk fast vault while following the one who has "Dance with me" equipped
