Flashlight and Flashbang broken together

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After using a flashbang earlier in the match I was unable to correctly use the flashlight I had equipped and it kept aiming it at the ground.
PLATFORM: Playstation
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Flashbang was used
Flashlight then wouldn't aim when used

I swear this was a prior glitch that got fixed, why are flashbangs causing so many issues these days?
