Unable to use Bardic Inspiration (no button for it)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When the game loaded, there was no button to use the Bard's Inspiration. I tried different actions (putting down an object, touching the generator, throwing a snowball, etc.), but the button did not appear. It happened for no reason. In the previous game and in the next game, the button was as usual (button Q).
