SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Strange one here- this is either a bug, a cheat, or a change I've somehow not seen, because a Sable in a match recently became broken, with the invocation sound effect playing, whilst nowhere near basement and simply running around.

Not a bug. Any other survivor(s) can finish an invocation that the perk user has started, whether the perk user is there at the end or not. The perk user still suffers the drawbacks of the perk when the invocation finishes, but they only need to be there to start it, not complete it.

How have I gone this long without knowing this, thank you so much. I was so confused, I was doubting cheating because she really didn't do anything suspicious and that… would've been a weird thing to cheat for.

I'm sure you could cheat that way but it'd be a weird thing to cheat that way, instead of just insta-completing gens or something. I'm pretty sure someone who wanted to cheat in a way that boosts repairs would just do that instead, but I don't even know if that IS a possible cheat. If it is I haven't ever seen it.
