I think common items should be Basekit. And not be in chests or the Bloodweb. And there should be a common Flashlight that has 6 seconds of use. This would make Chests a little more rewarding when searching. I believe slightly buff the Scavenger perk which states a basic toolbox. And slightly declutter the Survivors Bloodweb. Most matches I would say 90% or higher have Survivors bring items anyway usually better than Common rarity
