The Houndmaster cannot be prestiged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I prestiged the Houndmaster to P1 and unlocked her unique perks, but she is still shown as P0, and none of her unique perks remain unlocked.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Some of the early bloodweb levels kept resetting. The main problem occurred upon completing level 50. It showed that the Houndmaster had reached P1 and her unique perks were unlocked. However, she did not actually reach P1, and her unique perks were not unlocked.
