Panels do not display the down option!

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When passing near the panels the down option is not showing
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Randomly pass near a panel and it does not display the down option with space
