They have to release it next week, otherwise they won’t be able to release it in January like they’ve announced on their roadmap.

my guess is they’ll release the dev update on Monday and the ptb will go live right after the bone chill event on Tuesday similar to how houndmaster ptb went live after haunted by daylight

There won't be a Dev Update today, today is the first day back from the holidays, so scheduling is light…whilst everything is prepared from before the holiday period of course, we want to ensure that when we release things like a Dev Update that it's during a time where the team is available to answer questions that sort of thing.
You can expect it this week though!
