Hi guys, i have a problem with the game, while i was playing a game, at one point, mi screen froze, after 1 minute or something like that, the game kick me saying in the chat "Chat Offline- Match server unavailable" and i was wondering what can i do? because i got banned (only for 12 minutes, but this timer is increasing and i´m a little scared), this has already happened twice today and i don´t know if there´s a problem with mi internet or is something of the server, another thing i want to know is who i can contact about the ban issue (in the case that ban increase or i get permabanned obviously if this happens again) since i didn´t disconnect of my own volition but the game disconnected me
