Hi! What do you think about the the plague? For me, it's too strong killer, almost impossible to escape from. Either you don't heal and it doesn't get the red liquid and kills you from the hand, or you heal and die from the liquid

Don’t cleanse unless you’re on death hook or getting tunneled. Use objects and tight corner to avoid her red puke.

what about coughing that can give away your position and you can't take cover

coughing can be heard up to 8 meters away. There’s almost always cover to use. She’s a strong killer but she is not OP.
