Completed tomes are resetted to uncompleted and anew

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Some of the tomes that I have completed and have received the rewards of are now completely reset to when they were how I started out this game.

PLATFORM:
PC - Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. I logged on Dead By Daylight
  2. I opened the compendium
  3. I looked at my tomes
  4. Checked the charm rewards to see if I completed them or not
  5. Then the issue happened, tome was apperently reset and completely anew even though rewards are already owned.

    After 4 months of waiting is there anyone from bhvr who has looked at this issue or ?
