I can not open the game anymore
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I'm unable to open the game because "errors are happening"
PLATFORM: Ps4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Yesterday this problem simply randomly started happening, I could open the game and play specifically on the event (by repeatedly trying to start it), but now the game doesn't even start anymore, i already Uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing changed, I unplugged my ps4 for a few minutes to "clean the cache" or whatever that is supposed to mean but nothing happened, and this is a problem only with DBD, I can play any other game normally with a good connection, but for some reason dbd simply doesn't work so I don't think this is a problem that I can fix, I think that this have something to do with the servers , and I'm pretty sure this type of thing already happened before with other people

I managed to open the game but I lost EVERYTHING besides my characters, the store wasn't working, i couldn't start a match, I lost all my banners, skins etc, I closed the game and tried to re-open it but appeared a message like "you couldn't connect with the content in the store" or something like that and then I closed it :(
I hope that was just a weird bug and I get everything back when the game starts working normally

I just lost my my entire friends list on PS5 and cannot be matchmade with anyone.

Sorry, I was away from my Playstation. I'm just testing now and I can matchmake as Killer. My friends list has returned. I just bought 3 Iridescent add-ons for Freddy and then closed my game to see if they saved, which they did. The Bloodweb is a little unstable, so I recommend spending slowly and manually. I overwhelmed it earlier and it kicked me to the login menu
