every Wraith I've encountered uses the same broken addon that is long overdue for a nerf. Breakdown speed +60% is like three trapper perks. ok, +20% and +10% would be fine, but not +60% and not +40%. it's just funny

complaining about wraith addons in the big 2025 is crazy. learn how to greed pallets while wraith is cloaked and take advantage of spamming the vault button on a pallet or window to prevent the wraith from getting the prompt to break or vault. If we wanna talk about addons needing a nerf how about nurses heavy panting addon that gives her an insane 30% extra lunge after using more than one blink. It’s a crutch for bad nurses that over blink and still get the hit. Or huntress with oak haft, 20% recovery is insane for a yellow addon because even if you dodge a hatchet she can ready another one up before you make it anywhere or m1 you and basically makes trading at the hook impossible if you don’t do it perfectly.

I think there are bigger problems with other add-ons in the game than this particular one.
Tombstone Piece? Iri Hatchet? Heavy Panting?

There are ways you can prevent him from getting to break the pallets very quickly. Many Wraith players simply 99 their uncloak to make the survivors drop the pallet. You can anticipate that and not drop the pallet (it's a 50/50 though so no foolproof tactic)
The other thing you can do is after you drop the pallet (while he's still cloaked) you spam vault the pallet so he can't break it. Since he's still cloaked he can't m1 you.
The pallet breaking add-on is indeed one of his best add-ons but there are way more problematic add-ons that need to be looked at.1 -
Tombstone Piece (the purple, more busted one) is still really powerful despite the nerf.
Judith's Tombstone (the red, less broken one) got overnerfed.

In theory, everything always works fine for everyone. I wonder when the Haddonfield map was destroyed, was it also based on theory? in practice, every wraith takes this addon because it is overly powerful, although it has other strong addons.

This addon turns the game into a nightmare with a killer who gives a hit and leaves. Then you notice that there are no pallets left on the map and all your teammates are injured, giving him an easy victory. even the iri legion addon is fairer.

wraith overpowered /s, should seen wraith in 2vs8 mode with 1 second uncloaks. wraith needs buffs, not nerf. shorter uncloaking time and longer speed boost after uncloaking.
i use shadow dance+soot add-on's because it is fastest uncloak available for wraith.

use the gray addon to get out of invisibility after breaking a pallet and this addon +60% to the breakage speed and you will get a boost. in 2v8 Wraith has no perks at all, like other players, there is no point in discussing a mode where everything is either too strong or too weak.
