Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Initialization Error, HELPPPP
Im on Playstation and apparently a lot of console players are experiencing this. Error codes logging into the game ranging from Initialization Error or Connection Error.
If im able to log in it kicks me out when im searching for games saying that Connection To Party Lost, Bloodweb Error, Player Level Error etc. It all started days ago, theres no fix, my Internet is fine. Ive resetted the modem, uninstalled/reinstalled the game but nothings working.

the only games ive been having problems with is dbd on the ps5

i do have spectrum, but up until a fee days ago there wasnt any issues. Im hoping with the new patch/update of the bone chill event ending it fixes the issue.

at this point I’m assuming it’s spectrum cus my brothers ps5 that’s on the same wifi can’t run dbd
