Hello.

I am currently thinking of installing a distribution of Linux and I have been looking what apps and games work on it, so far everything I need works or has a work around with some tinkering.

Dead by daylight is the only game with easy-anticheat I play and I've seen it works with no problems through Steam but sadly I haven't been able to know if currently the Epic Games Store version of dbd works, so far I've found that before it got verified on Steam it worked on EGS but then it broke after the verification and now people can't play the game from EGS, the thing is that the most recent discussion about this topic is from May of 2024 so I don't know if this problem has been solved or people just play on Steam and ignore the Epic Store version.

I don't want to try it myself because I don't know if tinkering with the files to try and make it work could result in a ban so I'd rather ask here. 😁
