SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Trapper cannot place traps at pallets, only a fair distance away

PLATFORM: Steam PTB

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Approach pallet, the prompt to place the trap disappears when you get close to the pallet.
