Prestige causes bloodweb error | Survivor stuck at level 51

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
While leveling Lara Croft on the ptb I received a blood web error when attempting to prestige. I have tried multiple times since and encounter the error every time. I noticed the character level when hovering her in survivor select has her listed at level 51, I didn't to anything different or special to encounter this. I have prestiged other survivors to attempt to replicate this issue but they all prestiged as intended.
PLATFORM:
PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I levelled her bloodweb as normal and clicked the prestige button as you normally would before encountering the error.
