EAC not lauching the game

I'm trying to play DBD through Game Pass, but I'm facing an error that prevents me from launching the game. The EAC loads to 100%, but the game never opens. After that, it simply closes. The only message I see is "Waiting for the game," but it never starts. In the Windows task manager, DBD shows up as running, but it closes on its own after a while. Can someone help me?

    I dont understand the point? This is the regular starting screen of DBD.
