Freddy Rework Is Pretty Good But Improvements Are Needed
The Freddy rework has established a pretty good foundation for his new kit but some aspects definitely need tweaks. Here's what I'd suggest:
Killer Buffs:
Dream pallets should not stun Freddie and should be indistinguishable from regular pallets to survivors that are asleep, which is how they previously functioned/appeared. Dream pallets stunning makes this part of Freddy's power an active detriment to him and dream pallets being visually identifiable to asleep survivors completely gives the game away. The survivor counterplay is identifying which pallets are gone when they're awake, which was previously the case and wasn't overpowered.
The clocks shouldn't give survivors sleep immunity, since this makes Freddy completely powerless. Instead, make the alarm clocks give survivors 2x or 3x the sleep timer they'd get by performing the wake up interaction. That way Freddy can still use his power to put them to sleep in chase, it'll just take longer.
Freddy should still be able to cancel his teleport. The teleport mindgames were fun and not overpowered.
When Freddy teleports to healing survivors/gens, he should automatically face them, which currently isn't always the case.
The killer instinct radius on teleports should be larger. Currently it's so small, it's basically useless.
Killer Nerfs:
While it's nice that Freddy can now teleport to asleep survivors that are healing, which is fair since survivors can counter that with the wake up interaction/clocks, he should not be able to teleport to a heal on a downed survivor. This just encourages a slugging playstyle.
The sound indicator that Freddy's teleporting should be more directional/localized so survivors are more aware that Freddy is teleporting to their area and in what direction.
Add-Ons:
Blue Dress allows Freddy to place dream snares as traps again, which is appreciated for players that like that playstyle. However, the trap lifetime and number restrictions seem unnecessary and can probably be removed.
Class Photo allows Freddy to teleport to exit gates but he can get stuck in the exit gates when teleporting to them.
Black Box doesn't work since survivors wake up when they're downed and immediately escape. The exit should remained blocked for that survivor for the 15 seconds even if the survivor wakes up.

Happy to see that many other Freddy feedback posts are suggesting similar changes!
One thing I failed to mention but I know it's mostly out of the developers' hands is that I would have liked Freddy to finally get his own chase music and lobby theme. Voice lines and cosmetics would be nice too but I feel that he should definitely get his own music.
