So each time you tele to the healing survivor the AOE for adding dream, is way too small and 100% of the time misses both survivors. Also when using it on a gen, the survivors see the blood coming out of the gen for 3 secs and can 100% of the time avoid the AOE again. So its just for looks. Instead of 8m, make it a 16-24m radius for the dream effect. Lets make Freddy great again!

    because min teleport is 12 meters. that mechanic is only there for generators. at same time, i am not sure why a survivor would hold m1 on a generator when you tp to gain extra dream.
