Monstrous Shrine Rework
Monstrous Shrine Rework
Tier 1 -- Survivors taking an item from basement chest suffer from the exposed status effect for 60 seconds
Tier 2 -- Survivors who exit the basement lockers suffer from the exposed status effect for 60 seconds
Tier 3 -- 10% faster Entity progression
All Tiers -- Both basements spawn on maps that have two basement spawn points.

Too weak. You can only use it once per match. The same applies to Haunted Ground, but that's a perk that affects all survs.

it removes the kobechance if the survivors aren't stacking extremely AFAIK and it could pressure survivors more into unhooking.
There's no reason to why this perk isn't omnipresent since it still would be niche at best.
