Animation locked on survivor when playing against Houndmaster

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When playing survivor animation is locked when barely moving. I will attach the video as I am not sure how to explain it other that animation is locked. I do not have this issue with any other killers. Ping was fine. I have played roughly 6 matches today with the same issue when going against houndmaster.

Load up a match with Houndmaster
barely move survivor
Survivor is locked in moving animation even without moving
