Should the Mori be base kit?

I’ve been frustrated as a survivor lately. the Mori allows the killer kill you when you have been only downed. I enjoy for the Mori especially with devoured hope, and when the killer works for it such as reaching 2 hook states. But being killed when I have a chance to fight back is annoying and deeply upsetting. The pallet build with power struggle is completely invalidated due to the morei being base kit. Setting yourself up in a dead zone to break free from the killers grasp is invalidated as well. As a killer I enjoy mori’s but I mostly feel bad for the survivors because I know what it’s like not be able to fight back and it sucks… all I’m saying is the entity feeds of fear and hope and the hope to crawl to a hatch or set yourself up to break free is stripped with this decision. HOWEVER this my opinion I want to see and hear others and their takes on this decision.
