SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Game can´t load the bood web and closes

PLATFORM: PS4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was finally able to play the game, so i decided to spend some bloodpoints after a match and my game couldn´t load the bloodweb, so it closed and i was once again unable to open it
