General new Freddy buffs consensus
The majority audience can agree the Tweaks Freddy needs to make him better and less unfun to play against
Rupture: Range is to short and needs a buff since it's pretty useless.
TP slugging and tunneling: Currently healing a downed or unhooked survivor gives Freddy TP to them creating massive slugging and tunneling potential a downed or unhooked survivor should not let Freddy be able to them.
TP sleep cloud: when Freddy TP's a cloud appears and gives 15% to the sleep bar however the range is to short you can easily gain enough distance cause you see the blood on the gen. Its also not potent enough it should get a range buff and buffed to 60% like rupture.
Snare: Velocity on snare needs a minor buff

I agree on most of these but they need some tweaks except the snare that needs a slight nerf, the rupture is fine they just need to make pallets not being glowsticks making them look exactly like normal pallets, the snare doesn't need a buff probably a slight nerf to the CD between snares and the teleport needs to work on people who are being healed not healing someone ( this would make that if someone is in the dying state doesn't trigger the healing warning to TP and if its picked up doesn't instantly warn the killer that is being healed which would lead to tunneling and slugging, tho I'm not sure if self-healing counts as both healing someone or being healed )

Freddy shouldn't be able to teleport to survivors at all. Both slugging and tunneling become a major problem, and we lose faking teleports as a side effect. As somebody who enjoys playing Freddy, I definitely don't like that I will have to wake myself up every time I want to heal, potentially running into Freddy and giving him an easy down while doing so.
