Is anyone else having extreme jitter or lag spikes while playing on NA East?

I’ve been playing since 2017 and love playing to help relax after work (the irony isn’t lost on me). I’ve logged over 8k hours and haven’t really had lag issues except for when the game was pretty new. I made an account because as of the last three months dbd is almost unplayable for me. Other games work perfectly fine but recently I started getting lag spikes like four or five times a game and now they’re happening like 10-15 times a game that go from 60 m/s to 180 m/s that last for a second or so. Which didn’t use to be that bad but 10-15 times is honestly insanely frustrating. They also tend to happen during chases or in the middle of important interactions with teammates. I don’t want to stop playing dbd, but it’s honestly come to that point where my favorite game of 8+ years is almost unplayable :(
