"Failed to create a party" BIG PROBLEM

I cannot play survivor because Everytime I click the tab it says "failed to create a party"

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Launch the game and go to which you want to play survivor gives the error as soon as you click it and says failed to create a party but killer works perfectly fine. This is game breaking and needs to be fixed immediately because I CANNOT play survivor at all. Can't load into the lobby, invite friends, join friends, etc.
