STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Need 3 player to test DO NOT USE BOT.

1. Enable "Run to Cancel" .
2. hold shift(running) with out move.
3. hold running key and use Vaccine to other survivors with out move.
4. hold running key and move to Cancel action.
5. hold running key and use Vaccine to other survivors with out move.
6. hold running key and move to Cancel action.

If success, that locked survivor can't move, and when get in dying state, killer can't pick that survivor up.

i jump in locker and pick by killer.

but killer hook me i see that

teammate save me i teleport to hook and i want scape.

but i can't
