Strength In Shadows Not Activating On RPD East Wing
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Strength in Shadows does not activate on the middle nor the bottom of the stairs on the RPD East Wing map. In order to get the perk to activate, you must go to the bottoms of the stairs at a specific area to get it to activate.
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: No activation in the middle nor bottom of stairs.

Its the same in every basement you have to at least move to the spot you are to get the prompt. Only difference is that the basement stairs don't do the turn like normal ones do. So its working same as in any other basement you need to go to at least to the end of the wall that you are next to be able to heal with the perk.

That is incorrect. For every basement besides this one, going to the middle of the stairs would activate the perk just fine.
