Snowmen & snowskulls should be more practical next time

Practical such as snowmen blocking hits like the original iteration (except we have snowskulls to counterplay that now, making the killer care about collecting them), snowskulls having "enchanted" vs unenchanted forms with the enchanted form being able to debuff whoever you hit with them (killer or survivor), giving the killer the ability to create an instant AI snowman that roams around searching for survivors until they find one and try to chase them down and detonate on them…stuff like that.

If it's going to be its own separate event mode again, it ought to do something different from the main mode to deserve the slot & queue times. Please and thank you.
