Tome-Challenges deleted

PLATFORM: Steam (PC)

STEP BY STEP: I have done every single Tome-Challenge in Dead by Daylight and as i went there yesterday accidentally, i saw, that some tomes are fully deleted. I have to do every single challenge again. But even tho, i already have the charms as the rewards unlocked.

I also tried to do the challenges in the Tome 3:

When i do the challenges again, i get them marked as done.

Is that a bug or do i actually have to do every single challenge again?
