SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Unable to login

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When I load the game and click A to play, it goes through the login process and then says:

Initialization Error - The game has initialized incorrectly and may not save your game properly. Restarting your game may resolve the problem. Player ID: Press here to display your CloudID
