Why not giving Nemesis a dash?
One thing that is consistent on both RE3 is that Nemesis is fast. Not crazy, "teleport" able fast like Wesker, but definitely faster than Jill.
Since we have killers with dashes that don't do damage like Vecna's Fly, them why not giving him a dash just for mobility? He would also be more lore accurate with this.
And, of course, giving him a dash means we would need to nerf something on his current kit to compensate.

He's a C tier killer at best. You wouldn't have to nerf anything honestly. He still deserves better zombies than what he has. The current ones are disappointing

Honestly a dash ability would be so in character for nemesis and make him more fun to play.

Nemesis should have a run attack that breaks walls once he gets more powerful instead of having to do a slow animation.

I wouldn't call him C tier at all, he is mid B imo now after buff. Good Nemesis as D3AD is really scary, but lack of map pressure and the fact you need to give another hit on every survivor twice makes holds him back a lot. I'm not fan of another zombie idea, because I want tools in his kit to help him spread pressure, not AI ability, which does it for me.
I also was about to make similiar suggestion to give him lore accurate dash. Second ability, when you press the button, Nemesis does mapwide ROOOOOOAAAAR and he dashes 8 seconds with 8m/s with turn rate similiar to Chucky. All pallets and breakable walls instantly break, if Nemesis run through them. Maybe also survivors also lose a health state, when Nemesis runs into them. Ability has ~15 seconds cooldown.

That's fair and that make sense. I am just a fan on how Ai stuff works and it intrigues me. Maybe thats why. I get it though. Just a personal preference and I do agree with you.

As long as we can go back on his irritating m2 buffs I'd be for it, and fix his LoD issue too and his drag tech also.

Zombies really need to be more interactive and fun, not only for Nemesis, but for survivors too:
Zombie speed from 1m/s to 2m/s. Healthy survivors can put them on the ground for 10s by pressing the interaction button within 1,5m from them, they will wiggle with the zombie for 5s while facing continuous skillchecks (like Vecna monter chests). Now Nemesis can press secondary ability button to roar loudly and call the nearest zombie within 32m to his location. This cannot be performed near hooked survivors.
If Nemesis ever gets a dash/sprint burst ability to traverse the map or catch up to survivors, then I would want this change for the tentacle strike:
Now Tier II increases the tentacle range to 6m and speed while holding it to 4m/s. Tier III makes the tentacle break pallets.
