Game freezes when starting first time of the day

PLATFORM: PC Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Every day I start the game for the first time it freezes on the first loading screen (The one with the 5 bars Logo). When performing ctrl+alt+delete and restart it starts normal.
