I wanna see my mmr
I wanna know where I land on in mmr to have be this super awkward mess that somehow a DC just causes it to sky rocket when in fact a DC shouldn't effect it at all or how a survivor giving up on hook effects it even though it was their first hook. So I wanna know where I am mmr wise to at least have it make sense of why matchmaking is this mess.

I can understand why BHVR don't want players to see others' MMRs in lobbies, but I don't understand why they won't at least show us our own MMR. If someone wants to tank MMR to try to get easier opponents, they're going to do it regardless. Other than that, I can't think of any conceivable reason to not let players see it other than BHVR's historical tendency to be extremely non-transparent with game data/stats.

Yep, it's very frustrating how stingy they are with providing any stats related to the game

That would be cool seeing your stats even it pointless a lot of games do it here's the stats that they could do
Most played survivor/killer
Most used perks
Average generator completions
Average escapes
Average sacrifices

I want to see it too. I'd like to see someone make an argument against it, just like they can't against the low BP cap.

The BP cap is meant to make players engage in the grind. It's dumb, but the type of thing live service games like to throw in.
The MMR is relatively straight forward, pretty much every argument about game balance and design would have demands that someone post their MMR. This would lead to people sweating a lot more, which is meant to be an option but not the way the game is designed, so that they could brag about their MMR. It would also frequently lead to people accusing others of lying about their MMR.

I'm still 99.99% certain MMR doesn't exist. You're trying to tell me that a company that struggles to fix most of their bugs, struggles to balance the killer vs survivor aspect, struggles to keep stable servers, struggles to enable a working hit validation system, are able to determine a players MMR? They can't even figure out a win condition for Killers/Survivors, they can't tell you what stats go toward your individual MMR, there's no actual in game ranking system so MMR goes out the window if you have a SWF group.
Why do you think they got rid of the old PIP system and rank system, because it didn't actually mean anything and you still had a group of red rank swf's being matched against Rank 20 Killers0 -

Now, what are you going to do with it?
