Chaos Shuffle Tome 1: Patch or Dispatch challenge not working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Couldn't collect said challenge from the tome even though I downed survivors four times and even more as a killer. In-game, the challenge counted the downs, but in the endgame screen, it said that I hadn't downed any of the survivors even once
