Does your game freeze on booting every time after closing it normaly?

Every time I start the game after closing it normaly before, it freezes on the first loading screen (The one with the 5 bars Logo). When performing ctrl+alt+delete and restart it starts normal.

Did anyone have the same issue and found a solution? Please tell me how to fix it. I thought it happens the first time I start the game on another day but it happens every time after closing. I sent it as a Bug Report but they said it's a technical issue and they can't help.
