Spawn offering

I would like an ultra rare killer offering that makes all survivors spawn next to him/her. It would be hilarous. It should be negated by the survivors offering that modify their spawn location though.

    That would be something... Though I had an idea of something similar. An ultra-rare secret offering that would spawn one survivor in the killer's terror radius. It's not too broken, since only one spawns close to the killer, and it will also add another secret offering for killer besides the ones we already have.
