Yamaoka lockers - Huntress

This map needs lockers added in the middle, or needs an even distribution of the ones already present. Playing Huntress here is a nightmare, all lockers are bunched up in the shack and the residence, which are on opposite ends.

Let's hope we get more Huntress players' support on this.

I don't want to stomp your hope, but keep your expectations low. We are still waiting for nurse non blink area fixes, billy ghost-hits fixes etc. Even if it sounds easy to just add some lockers, THE GAME map is longer available and still has the issue of lacking lockers on 2 second floor

You're right, all those are still problems and I agree the Game needs more lockers too. I guess the only option we have with these issues is being very vocal until they fix them.

Massive amount of maps are... anti huntress in terms of locker distribution. Hell, I would even say that Devs forgot that Huntress exists when designing said maps, considering the amount of clutter in the recent maps, making it impossible to do any sort of medium-long range hatcher throws.

Haven't played Huntress in a hot minute, but yes I would agree to this. Looking back on my games on the map there really aren't any lockers in the middle of the map. It's just a bunch of rocks.

And the fact that there's tons of obstacles and LoS blockers throughout the map makes it even worse. You'll be missing lots of throws unless you're a god.
Oh yeah this aswell. Someone tried to hit midrange hatchets on the new map? Unless the survivors have only 1 brain cell it's nearly impossible to hit them, so many objects they can turn to cover

Coupled with the framerate, that map is terrible to play on too. Not only with Huntress, though...

As a Dwight main I agreed. I need more places to hide in beside the bushes

Oh, and don't forget the snow making tracking scratchmarks even harder. Yeah, overall probably the worst designed map.

I think for Yamaoka you could do like they did with Shrimp boat and move one of the Pagodas towards the middle and keep the other one where it is or move it slightly more towards the center.

    EDIT:

To add to this there's currently 2 Pagodas with one just below and left of the main house while the other is SE of it but is above shack by about 16 meters?

Why not take out one Pagoda and then take the other one and put it in the center of the map and move some bushes/rocks etc in their place.

That way there's lockers centrally placed for the Huntress and perhaps put a hill in place of the other Pagoda and move another hill someplace else. Perhaps the hill could take the place of one of the Pagodas or if that's too much hassle put lockers on the hills.
