SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Red glyph is not accessible.

PLATFORM: STEAM

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I think red glyph appeared in ramp which results I can't interact with it. I can hear its voice when I get close to ramp.
