The Cannibal's chainsaw can get stuck at zero charges for the rest of the match.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing with The Cannibal when suddenly the chainsaw charges got stuck at zero for the rest of the match and I couldn't use it.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Use all charges of the chainsaw and then note that suddenly the power charges are stuck at zero and you cannot use it.

VIDEO: I could not make a video at the time it happened, but I have a screenshot.

this literally happened to me except I got a vid but yeah I remember it happened cause I got pallet stunned or smth
