Scratch marks are STILL bugged after more than 1.5 years

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: scratch mark spawn logic works incorrectly, the bug has been live since around june-july of 2023, some tweaking was done since then but the problem has gotten worse with time and the core issue of bad spawn logic was not fixed at all
PLATFORM: ALL
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Leave scratch marks
- Observe their spawn logic
- It's broken, especially around corners and tight entrances: a) scratch marks spawn late, b) scratch marks don't spawn at corners, c) scratch marks can spawn in rooms/places where survivor was not
- Perk Fixated helps here
- Perk Lightweight is not related to this issue
