Use of characters not obtained in custom game.

I think there should be a way to use licensed characters and original characters that you don't yet own in custom matches, so people can buy a character without regretting it because they have already tested the character and seen how the gameplay is.
It's much better to have this feature in the game than to watch videos of people to decide if you will like the character or not, after all, playing with the character yourself is very different from watching someone else playing with them.
