Some ideas to fix unwanted but strong playstyles

I am kinda tired of the typical discussions about nerf this playstyle or give a buff against X. I love DbD and it makes me sad that many "easy" way outs are searched.
I want to bring some Ideas to the table (I don´t want them in the game like this only giving some ideas)
Tunneling:
Often it seems like Tunneling is necessary to keep up the fast pace of the game. All the time this argument is brought up,, because the Killer loses time to pick up, carry the survivor and hook the survivor, while in the meantime 3 other Survivors can slamm through the gens.
What about some regression bound to these conditions.
Every hook on an individual survivor (starting with the second one) gives regression on all gens based on the wiggle out timer of a survivor. I hear you saying, well the killer could abuse this with counting in his head for free regression. Well in my eyes it seems more like a risk reward thing.
An example of risk reward: I want to hook a survivor with a hook close by. So I start counting in my head till 15 seconds. But now I can´t hook because one survivor either a) blocks the hook b) starts a sabotage action c) takes a hit or drops a flash bang
This change could bring tunneling down since killers don´t feel punished for taking time to hook survivors, give the wiggle time some meaning other than i carry the survivor from the edge of the map to basement (Seems like some players here want the wiggle timer to be more effective in some discussions) and it brings more action between the players, since now its worth more to safe a teammate.
On the other hand I think bodyblocking should be gone while endurance is up just to flatten things out.
Slugging:
The new way to go and another "give free unbreakable and nerf Knock Out" discussion i see all the time and i kinda get the point for this.
What about the following:
If two or more survivor are put into the dying state and no other survivor is around for 40 seconds the survivor can pick himself up and gets the enduring effect. This would help in following ways. If the killer starts to slug and refuses to hook for a long time the survivors can work or stealth it out. On the one hand it takes out the abilty to insta down a slugged survivor again or just stand over the body. On the other this method would allow it killers still to search for flashlight/bang users because the timer wouldnt start while other survivors are close, maybe give the killers HuD an indicator that a slugged survivor can stand up in the last 10 seconds or so.
