Trapper buffs to make him actually viable.

Trapper starts with all the traps on the map.
Trapper can reset disarmed traps.
Traps hitbox and trap size needs an increase.
Escaping from a trap will no longer be rng but take 10 seconds freeing yourself or 5 seconds with a teammate.
Trapper no longer steps in his own traps. (How tf does he steps in the traps he places? Really stupid)
Dead hard no longer works on traps. (How does some dash to evade a lunge magically make your foot invulnerable from armed bear traps #########?)
Trapper gets a 10% movement speed for 5 seconds when a trap is triggerd or disarmed.

    The less randomness, the better in this case.

    If a trapper puts a trap in a space the size of a pallet drop, the survivor should not be able to squeeze around it. Especially if it's in the middle of that size of an area.

    The changes sound ok, the only thing to watch with the trap size is the basement.

    I’m cool with all of this except for the Speed Boost and Dead Hard one, might be a bit too much if we have to start buffing survivor perks if Trapper receives all these buffs.

    the sped buff seems unjustified, almost like a “speed buff just because my trap was disarmed” kind of thing.

    The rng is absolutely horrible and should have never been in the game in the first place. And he's a 115% killer 120 doesn't exist.

    I think the speed buff would be a good change just for getting to that trapper person that's across the map or if there's a swf team he gets a speed boost let's be honest when you play against a rank 1 swf team as the trapper no one is getting trapped so at least he has some sort of ability.

    Trapper is the only killer that can get his own power against getting trapped.

    -> Can you imagine the clown coughing with his own power or the doctor self-electrified?

    In the end, trapper cannot get trapped a few seconds right after setting up the trap, extend it to infinite

    there is no 120 speed killers, he's 115

    Yea I think they should change the rng to 25%>50%>75%>100% from 25%>25%>25%...

    It would be better that way considering there is a chance for you to get out early and spice up the gameplay a little.

    If all those changes are implemented, then I will take a look at him again.

    I play Trapper and I'm cool with the RNG aspect of traps. Makes it scary as survivor, and makes it exciting as killer (especially when they never get out). I just think the time it takes to channel the trap escape should be longer by about a second.

    Yes to reset traps on the ground. IDK why this isn't a thing.

    Not a fan of the other ideas. I would just rather have baseline ability to carry 3 traps, but start with 1 unless you use add-ons (which increase starting traps and carry capacity). Also his coil, jaws, and dye add-ons need a rework to make them useful. Right now the only things I find useful are bags, setters, Honing Stone, and pink add-ons.

    Coils should all add an alarm when someone starts to disarm a trap on top of what they already do. Also they should make broken traps repair faster. Jaws should inflict Blindness and Hindered instead of Hemorrhage and Mangled. Dye should make traps take on the texture where they are place, the degree of which is based on rarity.

    if survivor can walk around your trap you have to get better with trap placement...

    I don't think he needs a buff. I got 6 4k's in a row earlier using him.

    That doesn't really mean he's good. He's one of the weakest Killers in the game.

    It's pretty common knowledge most Survivors in this game suck major phallic objects.
