Exit Gates not reflecting open status

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

one of the exit gates was not opened the state of it was shut but they just disappeared through a close gate

PLATFORM: ps5

STEP BY STEP TIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

encountered on dead dawg saloon one of the exit gates was not opened the state of it was shut but they just disappeared through it
